We use existing buildings or develop new properties directly in the city centre and integrate our stores in the urban landscape by merging modern architecture with the surrounding structures already in place.
We have flexible specifications that can be applied to fitting out existing buildings as well as our standard stand-alone stores. The specifications can even be adapted to smaller sales areas in strategic locations with high footfall. Lidl GB is well reputed as an attractive tenant with an excellent credit rating due to our ongoing expansion targets and timely rent payments, even during the Covid-19 period.
